What is considered reasonable?
In cases where the product does not meet the customer’s expectations due to incorrect details provided during the ordering process (such as spelling errors or missing information), we reserve the right to assess the situation. This includes orders placed via social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), as well as those placed on our official website. In order to apply under this refund policy, customer’s is given a time of 24 hours after receiving the item.

Time Frame for Requests
Customers are given a period of 24 hours after receiving their item to contact us for any issues or concerns regarding their order. Please review your order immediately upon arrival to ensure accuracy. After this 24-hour period, The Craftify Store is not liable for any returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility
Our general return policy applies to items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. If you wish to initiate a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation). Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of all products, The Craftify Store does not accept cancellations once an order is placed, as each item is specifically produced for the individual customer. However, if there are duplicate transactions or if the order cannot be processed due to valid reasons, a refund may be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of the product, subject to company approval.
